Since we are having Thanksgiving Dinner at our house when I said I wanted to cook Baby Back Ribs Sunday night she said we do not have any more room in both refrigerators so I bought one rack of some meaty BBR

Saturday night I put that Wonderful Rib Rub on, then put the mustard wrapped in foil into the fridge overnight. Sunday added more Rub Then onto the Lg.Green Egg @220* indirect for 5-hrs.

Cut and served with beans The Ribs were wonderful

How pronounced is the mustard taste?
My wife isn't a big mustard sauce fan, but might like that
if it is subtle...
 
I use the mustard when I make pulled pork. I'm with Ross, the tste goes away. It is just a vehicle to hold the rub in place.

Nice babyback ribs!!! Thoser are the only ribs that I like!! But I'd settle for Louisianna-style if I can't get the babyback ribs.

Where did you get that li'l green smoker? I like that!!! Fourth of July dinner on Thanksgiving!!! Hah!!!
 
My mouth was watering from seeing your prime rib. Now I want some baby back ribs. Mmmmmm those look fantastic. Now I'm undecided which we will do first, baby back ribs or prime rib. decisions decisions. Thanks Ross!!!!!!!! :tiphat:
