Mmmm MMMMM! Nice touch with the bacon, Ross! I love grilled vidalias and will love them even MORE with bacon!

What do you season the onions with?

Wrapped in some of that bacon that I made and smoked would be cool.
 
I've love Vidalia Onions and have done them that way several times, but never tried it with bacon. The wife requested cowboy ribeyes and grilled corn on the cob for Mother's Day this weekend. I'll have to try this and maybe some ABTs.
