The other day, I was pulling out a cookbook from my bookcase and this little pamphlet fell into my hands. I've had it for years and years, but never really looked at it. I really looked at it.
I picked out an easy-looking, different-for-me recipe and cut it in half. I just added some dried mustard to the cheese sauce.
Pretty good, but still somewhat bland. If I make it again, I would use fresh broccoli and cauliflower, a better chunk of ham and maybe a couple of different cheeses.
