Friday, 4-10....what's for dinner tonight?

i use minute rice all the time... i also use boil in a bag rice.. cooks in 10 minutes and is enough for two servings...
I must confess, if it weren't for boil-in-a-bag, we'd never have rice..........Ha! Imagine my surprise at my first sushi experience, when I found out that sticky rice wasn't necessarily a BAD thing...........:bonk:
