Because of my "mental state" and addiction about gardening, I tend to over do it with my garden, dehydrating, cooking, and canning posts.
You'll all be happy to know it's over. (For this year anyway)
I picked the last of the green tomatoes and bunch beans Thur in the rain to beat the frost forecast for Thur night. I knew it wasn't going to be a hard frost, but never the less I wasn't taking any chances.
Now I have to do something with this last bit of garden. We canned the beans yesterday, 6qts., and I'll start in on the tomatoes later today.
