And even then, I would never favor ground turkey over ground beef, if it wasn't healthier for me.

Although, I've made some pretty tasty dishes with ground turkey.

These meatballs are the bomb.
Very flavourful.
The garlic and cheese stands out.
We taste tested one right out of the oven. All I can say is I'll be making them again in a red sauce and pasta, as well.

*One note: next time I'll add a little less milk OR more bread crumbs as a few went flat bottom during baking.
Otherwise, great!

I served them over fluffy egg noodles with a light turkey gravy.
Collard greens on the side.

I made Italian flavored turkey meatballs very highly spiced. They were really good in my homemade chicken soup.
