Easy Pepper Steak
Serves 6
1 pound Round Steak -- cut into thin slices
3 T Olive Oil
1 cup Onions, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Green bell peppers, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup Celery, thin-sliced
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
8 oz. Consommé -- undiluted
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Water
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
Sauté steak in oil until brown. Add next six ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Blend cornstarch with water and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture and stir just until
thickened.
Serve with rice.
