I'm planning on making something 'based on' a recipe a friend tried recently.
Dragon Roll sushi bowl, only I'll probably plate, instead of bowl it, and leave out the jalapenos and avocado slices.

Easy to make too.
I love the addition of the crunchy fried onions and Terry Ho's yum yum sauce.

Mmmm! I would use seared tuna instead of shrimp. Are the onions like the French's that are so popular on green bean casserole?
