I've got two pork tenderloins in the fridge soaking up a delicious marinade. Gonna tie them end to end (fat to skinny, skinny to fat) then I'm going to do the bacon explosion bacon weave and indirect it for 2-3 hours in my weber. With the high to be only about 30 degrees today it could take longer. At least there is not supposed to be any wind...
