I've been exploring sugar-free non-alcoholic drinks. (I lack the ability to break down alcohol the way most people do so one drink and I'm feeling it!) My go-to is diet coke. It's almost a vice! This drink was really yummy. Start with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar-free (SF) coconut syrup. Add ice. (Pebble ice is recommended but I used a bit of crushed ice with my regular cubes.) Squeeze 1/2 lime over the ice. Pour on diet coke. Add a splash of heavy whipping cream (HWC) - optional. Add a straw, give it a stir and enjoy!
