Love fish and chips, glad it all turned out but yea you probably needed just a bit more oil. But then, I use my CI for that so I am sure that makes a difference too.

Ya can't get decent "fish and chips" outside of England. Ya just can't!

Don't know if it's the weather over there, or the newspaper they use to wrap 'em, but ya just can't duplicate 'em!
