That sounds great! do you have to use it immediately or can you also store it and use as a sort of BBQ sauce?
i haven't made them in awhile and i just started craving them. i never really had a recipe.Oooooh, Peep, that brings back so many memories! When I lived in MA, I couldn't get enough of the fantastic baked, stuffed clams.
thank you FM!!Well they look fabulous, Peeps!
thank you barb.Unconundrom.......awesome looking fish!!

Blues Man.......those sure look tasty!
Ooh Vera.......my favorite Mussels.
Peeps..... looks good.
I'm not in York... I live in Bechtelsville, a little town West of Allentown, East of Reading, North of Pottstown... I was actually thinking of some more Artic Char (did that last Friday and it was great) but the pieces were too big so I opted for the striped bass. It's a little stand at a farmer's market called Zerns. He always has some beautiful fish, and will get in anything you want to order. Only open Friday and Saturday.
Yeah, just two, Warren. Today's another day :^D
I'll fix a bag, Barb (lol).
I love stuffed clams, Peeps. Those look gorgeous. Nice color on top. I've never seen just the shells offered around here for your own stuffing.
Those mussels would have made a good appetizer.
