pretty simple .. loads of cajun seasoning (bottle) and sautee the chicken
in butter ...

bush tears up my gut for some reason ....That's how I make my blackened fish, too.
CI skillet damn hot, toss in some butter, get the heavily cajun seasoned fish in there before the butter burns. Flip. Done.
Busch Light, Q. Used to be Bud Light (I used to drink Bud), but 12 bucks is 12 bucks and pretty much all draft tastes OK. I like Busch.
