Fired up the smoker today. i put a deer hind quarter, a small Tri-Tip, ribs, chicken and a few fatties on it. Smells so good here. I know the neighbors have taken notice!
Now that looks great Paymaster. I'm in love with venison back strap but have a flank out in the freezer so will have to try this deer ham with the bacon smoked.
