I'm putting my own spin on this for dinner tonight. I've browned the diced sausage, onion, and green peppers in oil and butter, and creole seasoning then added the hash browns til just brown. Added the cream of mushroom with milk and sour cream plus a little cheese. Poured in a casserole dish and baked til bubbly. Thank you for the inspiration!! π₯°
