A alkhalid12 New member Dec 22, 2022 #2 Another Carbonara recipe for corn pasta carbonara: Ingredients: 1 pound corn pasta 4 large eggs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 ounces bacon or pancetta, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional) Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and Parmesan cheese together. In a large skillet, cook the bacon or pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute. Reduce the heat to low and add the egg mixture to the skillet. Stir constantly until the eggs are cooked and creamy. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the carbonara sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
