[FONT="]Chicken Pot Pie Soup[/FONT]
Ingredients
6 c. Chicken Broth
2 c. Water
Pot Pie or Bow-Tie Noodles
2 c. Potatoes, Rough Dice
1 c. Onions, rough Chop
1 c. Frozen Peas
1 c. Celery, Rough Chop
1/2 c. Carrots, Wide Slice
1 TBL Parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1–2 c. Shredded Chicken (or Turkey)
In the Broth, add the Water, Onions, Carrots, salt & Pepper.
Bring this up to the boil.
Cover ; Lower heat to a simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Potatoes. Bring back up to the Boil. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add Noodles, Parsley and Peas. Return to the boil.
Add Noodles. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until noodles are cooked.
Season to taste with Salt & Pepper and serve.
