I just went to WinCo to look for gnocchi but they don’t carry it. I may have to make my own. I have the crab in the freezer we got last trip to Westport.

We‘ll see how this pans out. His boss is friends with an actor or producers. I dunno? They liked his spot on TV. He did plays in school and being a chef is a type of performance art so there is that. He did some amateur stand up comedy but was not good at that.

I will but it will be Salt Lake City so will probably have to wait till he sends me a clip. Anyway, it’s still in the works. I wonder if he will have to join a Union or some such nonsense? I’ve not talked to him about this but got it from his partner.
