When I was looking for ideas, I came across Salisbury Steak, and realized I had never made it nor had it, except in TV dinners as a kid. Not exactly sure what to expect, found a recipe online from Chef John. I kept thinking "this is a lot of work for a hamburger".
Well, as I was making excuses in case it wasn't as expected, Judy said she loved it! "Make it again". So there you go.
I only cooked and mashed 1 potato, and each of us only managed to eat half of that. And my patties werree only 4 ounces each beefore cooking, and we didn't finish those either. We both agreed that it was very rich.
