I found this recipe in a supermarket recipe magazine. I had everything but the blueberries, so decided to try one.
Pretty good - very cucumber forward. If you don't like gin, you'd love it (can't taste the gin at all).
Won't make it again.

Blueberry-Cucumber Gimlet
Makes 1 cocktail
Half cup blueberries
1 mini cucumber, peeled and cut into small pieces
3-4 mint leaves
2 T. lime juice
2 T. simple syrup
1/4 cup gin
In a large glass or small bowl, muddle the cut up cuke and blueberries until combined. Add mint leaves and muddle. Spoon mixture into a cocktail shaker and add lime juice, simple syrup, and gin. Fill shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a frosted martini glass.
