While I am appalled by the pineapple pizza and pretty much have transferred that to all fruit on pizza, I have to say I am strangely intrigues by this. Maybe because it seems more like an appetizer than a straight up pizza, but I have to say the thought of pears with blue cheese seems to be a perfect balance. The sweetness and very slight acidity offsetting the slight bitterness and pungentcy of the blue cheese. That fact that it is done on the grill is just a bonus!?!?!

Way to think outside the box there Bam!!
