Jeeks, I haven't had a drink in 69 days (the doctor is making me keep track) and I'm still gaining a pound a week!
They went to bed - it's just us loose living folks left now.
I just scrubbed out the gas grill..... ewwww......
I deserve chocolate now right? If I grill chicken on it later???

WooHoo!!!! 2 lbs! That's awesome, Suzi. And it's very inspiring. I'm going to be teaching my son how to drive for the next couple of days. I hope slamming my foot down on the imaginary passenger's brake will burn calories.So.
My exercise of late has been limited to yardwork and housework, but I have 5 acres so yardwork is no small potatoes around here! Being springtime doesn't lend alot of time to do actual workouts.
Lost 2 lbs this week..... amazing what small changes can do.
