Woot is new to me. What if you buy that piano or the TV they had spotlighted yesterday and have trouble with it right off. Who would help you get it made right?

I have a Casio key board the grand kids play with when they are here. I should perhaps give it to their parents to take home too.

I don't know, Doc. Most of their big ticket items (especially refurbs) have an optional Square Deal warranty along with the manufacturer's warranty so I assume Woot doesn't handle it. This piano has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty and they are probably the ones you would have to deal with. I've purchased TVs and computers from Woot and knock wood, never had a problem.
