I've used round steak before and it works..do you once we had a leg of lamb and we stuffed it with a round steak and then made gyros? OH do you know how wonderful it was?

You shouldn't be afraid... wouldn't they still be good even if they weren't GREEK GYROS, couldn't you call them something else and tell everyone you invented a new dish?
