Do you know I've been on the phone with hospitals and insurance places for over an hour and I'm very not happy?

do you know I"m sick of people not doing their jobs correctly.... do you remember back in January when that silly old lady hit my shopping cart with her big old truck???

Do you know the insurance lady sent the insurance checks to the wrong address so the hospital didn't get paid and now they are MAD because they didn't get their 3000 dollars????
