1 can of kidney beans (including juice)
1 can of sweet corn (drained)
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 t dark brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients in large pot and bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a couple of splashes of hot sauce.
