A personal milestone

Good for you!!! I should do the math to see how many it's been since I smoked...but it's been so long I don't even remember how many years it's been!

Hey, if anyone out there has quit smoking SINCE they got any form of life or health insurance....

You might want to contact the provider and advise them of your new smoke-free status.
I had to give another blood sample, but by quitting smoking, it shaved $120 a year off
my life insurance policy payments!

BTW I don't know how many days its been but I had my last cigarette on June 14, 2009!! Its been almost a year without smoking.
