A Mediterranean meal (with steamed artichokes)

My friend and I had a fun, delicious and FILLING meal tonight with no meat and didn't miss it a bit!

Steamed artichokes with garlic, lemon, butter to dip.

A platter of ciabatta bread with herbed olive oil for dipping, cheese (the Edam was a great fit with the other stuff!), seedless red grapes, and a Bosch pear with a little Vietnamese cinnamon.

Fun to eat and absolutely delcious!

Will do this again this summer to have outside on a balmy night!
