I brined this chicken for 7-hrs. in the fridge

On the grill @350*- 400* indirect for approx 90-min. with avocado wood for smoke

Pulled @ 165* internal and let rest for 10-min.

Ross, you did it again. another fine looking cook. love the color and the sides really make it all come together. How was the chicken skin, crispy?
Brining works really great, just got to plan ahead. Nice. CF
