Last night I was out-and-about with an old girl-friend from high school, and DH and I ended up fending for ourselves for dinner. Tonight, I plan on being home and being able to prepare dinner...just not sure if it's going to be turkey burgers or pork chops. I guess I'll flip a coin, later, and...

I've made a LOT of chicken since joining NCT, and now I'm craving some red meat. What's a good steak, not too expensive, that requires very little seasoning/marinating to have good flavor? Also, what's a good (simple) seasoning method for such a steak? :tongue:

I'm glad you got some rest. :thumb: I generally decide the night's dinner based off what catches my eye on NCT. I run out, that day/evening, and get the ingredients...I look for things I can make some other night, things that require more preparation, but plans change so often ('round here)...
