I just tried Biofreeze Professional Gel for the first time, much better than the cream in my opinion. My back is fine for a long time, and then it seems to flare back up for a day or two. It's not horrible, though.

I kept thinking...Where have I heard this???. She certainly gives Nanci Griffith credit for everything...love it.

As long as they're not tearing stuff up, I'm good with it.
