Deep-fried bacon! Holy cow, Rob! I've never had it, but I bet it's incredible!
I usually bake mine in the oven or my toaster oven. But when I barbecue, I always put on some bacon when the main event is done. Cherry-smoked bacon is my favorite treat.

The two thick Shake 'n Bake pork chops I had were so big that I made 4 meals from them.
Tonight, I used the rest of the pork to make Cuban quesadillas with low carb tortillas.
