Its a shame the Roasters are dying out. We use ours for corned beef dinners. It holds several corned beef slabs along with potatoes, carrots, cabbage, even turnips.

I have a 4, 6, 8, and 10 Qt. Slow Cooker. If I run out of room in the 10 Qt. I dump everything in the 18 Qt. Roaster. Yes, my Wife and i get carried away sometimes. :blob_blue::blob_blue:

Hi. Just made one of these recipes. All over the Internet. Just about all the recipes call for Stovetop stuffing mix. Tried this, and had the stuffing disappear in all the liquid. Can I try using a cubed stuffing mix like Pepperidge Farm or Brownberry to get a more solid, substantial stuffing?
