    Tonight was buffalo burgers on the grill topped with Brussels sprouts and shallots with acorn squash on the side.

    Our fall radishes are looking good but need to be culled but doubt they will get very big. The tops will make a nice salade though. I’m sitting out in the cold, by the grill fire, and going to grill buffalo burgers, hopefully before dark.

    Supper was that salmon steak I baked the other night. I don’t remember how long it was in freezer but will say it was good as fresh, even after being reheated in microwave…. Veg was good, too. I have halibut in freezer and will use this recipe with it soon.

    Today’s brunch… was Chicken of the Sea lightly smoked sardines with watermelon radish and dried mango for dessert. The sardines were good and hope to find more.

    She got a lot of W30 friendly prosciutto, meat sticks, cashew queso, and bone broth. I had the last of the spaghetti squash, two chicken meatballs and some marinara, and am stuffed.

    Tonight we are having the leftover chicken meatballs and other half of the spaghetti squash. Nancy went to Marleen’s so will be interested to see what she got.

    My friend, Sandy, emigrated from Scotland to Canada. His father visited and they did a road trip to Reno. They ate in a casino with huge breakfast buffet and he said if he lived there he would eat breakfast three times a week a day. He was overwhelmed…. I understand.
