I hope you both feel better Quickly Ginny. I goofed up; I tried to do the split Lobster tail. It came out tasty, but I had to do some unnessary shelling at the end . I know my mistake. Lobster Tail, Fish. Shrimp Baked Potato.

2-egg Omelet- Onion, Mushrooms, Bean Sprouts, Mozzaiella, Cheddar, and Brown Gravy. I don't know if the Pure 5 Truck stop is still there (Hwy 5 & Hwy 80) This was the 1st time I had gravy over an Omelet. Also think Egg Foo Young.

Breakfast for Dinner- Steak & Eggs- Bacon Wrapped Filet. Omelet 3 eggs, Onion, Mushrooms, Tomato, Bean Sprouts, Mozzerella, Cheddar. Tomato Juice.

I have a small Filet for dinner tonight. Maybe a baked potato, & a Small Salad.

Everything was hot, adding the cold tomato really worked good.

This started off as Asparagus over rice. Now it is Asparagus Beef +. Celery, Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes ( cold tomatoes around the rim), Bean Sprouts..

I found a nice container of Pinto Beans W/ Hog Neck bones. From my freezer. Just as good today, as when I froze them.

I have way too many saved left overs in the freezer, Saturday, I proclaim. Eat them up, left over day. I think I better start using them for lunch's as well.

I was planning on having a Lobster tail tonight. It got lost somewhere in my freezer how do you airfry the lobster tails? I have 2 for next week.

I pulled a NY Strip Steak from the fridge. Way too big for me. I cut it in half. New York Strip Steak,Twice cook Potato. From Store fridge. Onions & peppers Glass of Milk. I did make a salad, I forgot it was in the fridge. Just as well, I’m stuffed. I’ll have it for lunch tomorrow.
