1/2 lb. Hamburger Steak, Mashed Tators. Gravy over both. Spinach, Slices of Tomato, and a glass of Milk.

Left over Lobster Alfredo. Salad & Milk.

I did it up great tonight, with plenty left for the weekend. Lobster Alfredo- Lobster & Butter, Pea, & a glass of Milk. Dinner is done, Dishwasher is loaded and doing its thing. and now enjoying a Beer.

No way Lucky- If I had Lobster 3 times a week, I wouldn'thave time for Shrimp, Scallops & Mussels.

Lunch Time- A Nice Juicy Lobster Roll. And a cup of Cappuccino. Tonight Lobster Alfredo.

Broth from a Chicken Quarter, Then all the left overs from my fridge LOL- Deboned the Chicken, Celery, Green Onion, Spinach, Bean Sprouts. I wish I had a little Bok Choy. & a Touch of Soy Sauce.
