I made a huge overstuffed omelet for breakfast for hubby and I to share. Filling consists of peppers, onion, garlic, cremini mushrooms, bacon, spinach, some leftover shredded chicken, havarti and cheddar cheese. Yummy!

I love, love, love smoked salmon on bagels. I have found that making a mixture of the cream cheese, capers, shallot, and smoked salmon keeps it all from falling off the bagel. I like topping it with fresh ripe avocado slices and sprinkles of everything bagel seasoning. Yum!

We are having bacon cheeseburgers with crinkle fries later. I made homemade sugar-free ketchup. It tastes good. Different but good!
