Nancy made low sugar freezer jam with berries she got at Storino’s Farm Market.

The chili sauce came out nice but I think she added too much cayenne. The canned tomatoes separated but will be fine in chili and spaghetti sauce.

Tonight was a simple BTO, no lettuce.

Yesterday Amelia had grade 7 orientation - with two besties.

Actually she’s just getting started. Her early paintings she’s given to the boys. Right now she’s working on a painting of Mt. Rainier. Her next quilt project is on hold for awhile.

This week was the start of the VA Art Show which is being held at the Tacoma Art Museum. Nancy took first place in fibre media, and an honorable mention with her apple painting. We were all quite proud. The awards were made by the Tacoma a glass blowing crew at the museum.
