I grilled a big Costco ribeye, two Costco fillet mignon, and a thin Safeway ribeye that looked like a chuck steak. The Safeway steak was half off, tender, and tasted pretty good. The fillets were good, the big ribeye tough and chewy.
I was disappointed with this ribeye as it was tough/chewy and lots of gristly bits. I only ate a third and will cook the rest well done and make meat spread with it. The cukes were from our garden. There were French fries but late to the table.
