I tried to dismiss it, but have you ever done something you thought was healthy, then turns out not so much?

Ive been eating oatmeal almost every morning for years, but have read when you do this and that, which I don't do, it can be unhealthy.

Whats a quick easy breakfast that trumps organic oatmeal, raw milk and a sliced organic apple?

Thanks

It depends on how processed the oatmeal is. Steel cut, I hear, is the healthiest of all oatmeal because none of the nutrient outer layers have not been removed. Instant oatmeal is the worst.
Personally, I prefer oat BRAN.

Thanks folks.
It's not so much what I prefer. Its more how healthy and how fast I can prepare it bc Im super busy.. My diet is limited where I eat red meat and potatoes for dinner almost every night, no lunch and oatmeal with sliced apples, or sunny side ups for breakfast. A1C is four and I have to supplement salt bc no processed foods. Only sugar I eat is home made chocolate milk mix from one part cacao powder and one part sugar.
