in Pendleton, OR. We were disappointed the distillery was closed. We’ve seen Rooster’s bill board so thought we’d try it.

And we were not disappointed. First off the waitress was fantastic - Nancy ordered the soup, salad, Ruben sandwich combo and loved it all. The noodles in the soup were like dumplings. I got the Cowboy Burger and added bacon and was a wonderful burger. She said she had never seen bacon on the Cowboy and liked the idea. I was surprised this family restaurant had a bar and the Old Fashioned’s were perfect and never asked what bourbon was used.
