I’ve got Crockpot Pork Loin Roast with white wine and Herbs de Provance going and will have green beans with it.

Went with the cheeseburger mac.
It's been a long time.
Tasty!
Made a bag of Green Giant teriyaki broccoli and cauliflower as a side.
I keep forgetting to use the unblur tool on my phone before posting dinner pics

Tyson's chicken strips (love 'em, so crispy!) with homemade pesto (bitter!), acorn and garden tomato.

Can't figure out if the bitterness of the pesto is due to my olive oil or my basil. Or both.

Son Jimmy came over after work for supper. DIL was at the airport in Virginia waiting to board after a 2 + hour delay because of the storm. Tina baked an eye round roast. Made mashed potatoes, gravy, and string beans. Warmed apple pie and ice cream for dessert.

Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fresh Pork Loin Filet, mashed candied yams (butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon added), homemade “Bavarian” style beans & spaetzle.

(I didn't really like the pork much)

Had to pay strict attention to experience Shrimp at all...
Followed directions on Pkg... probably should have
utilized the Air-Fryer...

It was just pizza today. Sick Tina was wishing for sausage topped pizza. She knocked her back out of whack. She's icing the sciatic after seeing the chiropractor today. Dr. Jimmy here, ( me ),told her she is not drinking enough water, and liquids. With the cooler weather now, she, and myself, are not drinking enough fluids. I told her, she is de-hydrated.

I'm working tonight, so dinner will more than likely be leftovers from the freezer.

No clue yet, but I am thinking of pasta of some sort.

We’re having Buzz’s HS friends Susan and Randy coming over for dinner.
We’ll have grilled T-bone steaks, Susan’s baked potatoes, my Mom’s spinach salad and I’m baking a sour cream apple cake from our apple tree.
Supposed to get up to 104° today. Dang heatwave

One of my friends, Dr. BBQ (Ray Lampe) was on BBQ Brawl recently, and Bobby Flay's Crispy Rice dish was controversial. I made it tonight, and although I really liked the coconut milk in the rice (and will use it again), I didn't think the dish was very special.

Served with grilled Baja shrimp and my grilled Ichiban eggplant with a tahini sauce.

Final decision was Soup for Tinamommy, and Leftover kielbasa and kraut for me.

I didn't really cook. I just wanted easy, so picked up some frozen stuff at the grocerry. I put some Nathans Onion Rings in the air fryer. They were so good without all the grease!
Fried up some packaged frozen meatballs in honey, garlic, and cider vineger. Tasty but dry. Homemade meatballs are better.
