We had wedge salads with grilled asparagus. There was enough bacon, egg, cheese, and nuts on the salad to make it filling.

The last time we went to Checkers, everything was so salty we couldn't eat it. We haven't been back, and it's been about 20 years.

Tonight we had Chicken Saltimbocca, with capers fried sage, and artichokes, over pappardelle. I loved the white wine/lemon butter sauce. Because of the artichokes, I had a Gruner Veltliner, so as not to taste metallic. We only ate about 2/3 of it - lunch tomorrow.
