    Sicillian pizza is thicker and 'breadier' - it is more like focaccia than what we usually think of as pizza dough. It's typically made as a big rectangle.

    It was in the 90s here today, too. But that’s the norm in the summer, so it’s not really a reason not to cook. I baked a sweet potato, cooked a blackened pork tenderloin, and topped it with fresh mango salsa.

    That's Detroit! Livernois & 8 Mile Rd is the northern border of the city limits. Vernor & Brush is almost downtown, not too far from the old Tiger Stadium and Michigan Central RR Station. CHecker BBQ was an institution there.
