I don't know why, but I had to get me one of these gallon jugs!
I just received my Tabasco order yesterday.
I got the gallon jug of original and personalized as you can see.
2 bottles of bloody Mary mix (has anyone tried this stuff?).
1 Bottle of Worcestershire sauce.
And 2 bottles of Spicy Sea...
I just copied and pasted this from a below post for you.

I haven't used it yet....other than to just try slicing some daikon.
So far...I'm impressed!
The other knife is my wa gyuto I posted here a while back.
Aren't good knives GREAT!
Who here uses one to cook with?
I'm convinced that I need one, but the most commonly known one here in Canada is the BGE (big green egg).
The problem is though, we get raped up here on price. The distributor controls the price and they will not budge.
I see there are other options out there...
I bought one of these simply because my kids and I love sushi.
I try to make different ethnic foods as close to being as authentic as I possibly can (from learning off the net:confused:).
So seeing how sushi is basically all about the rice, I figured I needed it.

So when I joined this forum almost a year ago I ran across a few posts that mentioned ABT's.
At the time I had no idea what the hell an ABT was. Well thanks to some of you I quickly learned and fell in love with these amazing apps.
I have made them on numerous occasions and they have always been...

Seeing how you guys have been so helpful, I figured I may as well lean on you for some more advice?
I want to buy a really good paring knife.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
It's a must for cooking! I gotta have my tunes playing while I cook. I don't know if any of you have heard this Kicker iDock, but damn does this thing pound! I have about 4200 tunes on my laptop and I play anything from Reggae to heavy metal to some of the most bizarre sh!+ you have ever heard.
What is the best way to maintain carbon steel knife?
Is there anyway, besides not using them, to prevent them from staining?
Or do you just keep using them until the whole knife changes color?
Thanks
OK, over the winter I want to fabricate a homemade outdoor smoker.
I'm interested in seeing what some of you have done and gather some ideas to put my plan into action.
So if you have made your own smoker I would really like to hear your idea's and suggestions as well as some pictures please...
I am giving my girlfriend my Henckels TWIN Cuisine Santoku and I want to upgrade to a higher performance and more exotic knife.
What do you suggest for someone like me who, as my girlfriend puts it, is a little over the top. :alc::twak:
Buzzard? What would you recommend.
Thanks in advance.
My kids love sushi and so do I.
I usually make it a couple times a month just to keep the gang calm.
My last sushi knives handle broke awhile ago and I've been saving my pennies to replace it with something a little better than average.
So here is what I got.
