DW and I are going with friends to Sushi Thai restaurant. They have excellent yet inexpensive Japanese and Thai food - one of my favorite local ethnic spots.
 
Chicken fajitas I do believe.....

if we don't get too carried away in yard work. Otherwise it's "oh crap it's 6:30 feed the kids a sandwich grab a salad" night.
 
I will be going to see my mom again today and then Dh and I will be going to a local sports bar to watch the Cavs beat Detroit again!!
We will be eating bar food and drinking beer! Since bowling is over I have to get my fix in. lol

The smoker is new, but I was thinking about grilling some steaks. Yeah the weather looks good, but there are some weird systems moving in that could change things quickly...
 
Paul's going to a poker game. I think it's the second one he's been to in 13 years...any way... I don't have to cook dinner again. :)
 
I found some smoked gammon steaks on sale 99p for 2, so I got some and will serve with pineapple, a savoury rice, probably incorporating some pineapple juice and a sauce of some sort.

First of all...do you guys even remember me?? I am soooooooo tired of dooing 12-15 hour days:sad:. I was ready for tonight on Monday morning!

The plan, as of this moment is to be outside outside outside.

We're drinking VeraBluetinis while enjoying shrimp fajitas with mango salsa and guacamole. Shrimp cooked on the wood fireplace has a great flavour.

Probably make a cheese and fruit platter as well.

The week we endured here is crying for chocolate...lots of it.

Are you kidding? Vera, you, of all people, would be pretty hard to forget!!!

Tonite is grandson Sammys school carnival, so I'm guessing dinner will consist of cotton candy, snow-cones, those tubes full of flavored sugar and possibly hot dogs!
 
Well I defrosted some center cut pork chops. So tonight will be chops and something else but I have no idea yet what that might be.
 
Pasta - can someone tell me, I cooked up Italian sausage on Tues & refrigerated it. Do you think it's still okay to use tonight?:bounce:
