Thursday's chow line... what's up ?

Son and fun stopped by yesterday, so the chicken went back into the roost, and we ordered a sicillian pie and broccoli bites.

So, It's chicken tonight !
 
Made a nice beef roast (rare) yesterday and sliced it thin with the slicer, and sent part of it swimming in gravy for last night's dinner. Still have about a pound of thin slices so I may make up a BBQ sauce and have BBQ Beef Sammies with sweet cole slaw and home fries. Yep, that sounds good. It's a lock! Now what do I do for the rest of the day? Hmmmmmmmm....OK, I'll go fishing!:applause:
 
I have no idea... probably pasta. I am going to a friends art show opening after work so i will probably be whipping something up quick later
 
I'm not sure. I have some grilled shrimp leftover from last night. I might have them with garlic bread or something. On the other hand, I just took a chuck roast out of the freezer, so if the mood strikes tonight, I'll make up Homecook's no peek beef and noodles. Nothing is tempting my palate right now.
 
Don't know what I'll have today.

Something I run and get on my break most likely,even though I swore off fast food runs for Lent..grrrrrrr
 
Chicken thawing.... not sure what to do with it.

looking at recipes, I don't have the car so I have to make something that I can make from "stuff" I have at home.
 
It will pork chops, yellow rice and brussel sprouts. Nothing fancy and a bit light since I'm still full from yesterday.
 
It's a beautiful day here so it's gonna be burgers on the grill, potato salad and baked beans.
