What are you eating Sunday, 5/17/2020 to Saturday, 5/23/2020?

I had way too much fattening food yesterday, so I'm either going to poach or bake some fresh fish, and have a nice big salad.

I threw a pork tenderloin on the grill to cook slow and low on the unlit side.
Just Kosher salt sand fresh ground pepper.
Side will be Spanish Yellow rice, and a vegetable.

Tina was at Weis Market to get Granulated Yeast; to mail to her friend. Her friend said the stores by her had no yeast on the shelves. Hmmm ? That's unusual.

There was still no yeast at the grocery Friday. I noticed because we got baking soda so I could make pretzel buns for burgers later in the week. There was only some Gold Medal flour, a little cake flour, and some alternative flours. I'm still waiting for my King Arthur flour to come since it was backordered.

Craig decided to cook again today so he's making steak rollatinis.

Baked flounder with parm/herbs.
Found some leftie peas n pearls.
Shredded iceberg salad with Ken's creamy Italian, croutons and walnuts added for crunch.

That is what Tina uses. Her Greek friend gave her the recipe.

Packing my lunch today.
Finally going to dig into that ham salad spread.
I'll put it on flour tortillas with shredded lettuce.

Decided to eat my dinner here at work.
I can't resist the McRib type sandwich, or Della's cubed cheesy potatoes.

Tina was itching to go to Giancarlo's in Ledgewood today to get their eggplant rollatini. Not wound up enough though she said.

Jimmy, the topping to my moussaka is bechamel with 3 beaten eggs mixed in, topped with Parm. cheese.

Dan, that lasagna looked spectacular!

LT, your Popeye's chicken sandwich made my mouth water!

medtran, that looked like a positively decadent serving of truffles! I wish I'd been at your table that night!
