Last Night's Sausage & Peppers, "Stringbeets", and a Cheesy Idaho Whipped Spud. Did the spuds the Warden's way (Electric mixer) ; too much milk, I think, or maybe too much cheese... either way, they lost their 'Body'.
I think I'll stick to elbow grease....

🌹 Still trying to get it right.
Went to Fairway and couldn't resist Prime cut boneless sirloin steak and a baguette.
So dinner was grilled on stove top cast iron grill pan sliced sirloin (on buttered and toasted on pan) baguette sandwich, tossed spring mix salad and grill pan zucchini & scallions.

I didn't get a pic of the squash/tomato thing when it came out of the oven. It looked basically the same, just a little browner.
Instead of chicken, I ended up cooking catfish to go along with it. I coated the catfish with Louisiana Fish Fry and shallow fried it in about 1/8 to 1/4" of peanut oil. I really liked it and did the same the next night. That's going to be happening a lot in my kitchen. I'll get a pic next time.
Today I've been dealing with sprinkler repair people. I think it was Willie/Waylon who said...Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys, let them be doctors, and lawyers, and such. After today's bill, I'd say...Mamas, let them be sprinkler repair guys, plumbers, and such.

B&G Sauerkraut in the can, and Kielbasi Tina buys from Gerrity's Market on Birney Ave, in Moosic PA.
It is vacuum sealed and made for Gerrity's Markets at some Purveyor in Lancaster PA.
It isn't fatty, and not over garlicy.
