2 c corn- freshly cut off the cob
1 large tomato-chopped
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped green pepper
1/8 t cayenne pepper
2 t salt
1 c cornmeal
1 c grated sharp cheddar
2 eggs
1/2 buttermilk
1/2 water

Combine first 8 ingredients mixing well, and allow to sit for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs, then add buttermilk and water mixing it well.
Combine the egg and vegetable mixtures.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 375.
