this is some pics of an old Q i did b4... the story about this is...

i couldnt get a pork butt for the life of me.. the missus says "hey i know a meat place that i forgot to mention to you(how could u forget to mention meat?..lol) short story, this is the butt she picked out

7lb butt to start

rubbed and ready to go

3 hours later ready for a spritz and fuel change

3 more hours and it was ready for a spritz again...loving cherry wood

sorry about crappy shots i remember batteries dieing b4 i could get a good shot.lol pork is pulled, given a finishing sauce... and then eaten

I’ve got the same grill thermometers as you! What rig is that smoker? Looks to be gas, maybe a Meco or Monarch….Brinkman? Looks good!

it is a masterbuilt 7 n 1 .... can use charcoal or propane... i used both for that cook

No kidding! I've got a Masterbuilt Triple Crown charcoal smoker. They do make really good smokers!
